During a typical year members are able to attend five or six talks at the Barbara Cottier lecture theatre at St Ninian’s Upper School, followed by a similar number of visits, tours or family ‘treasure hunts’  to places of interest around the Island.

We also organise an annual joint lecture with Manx National Heritage at the Manx Museum in Douglas. These are always very popular and well attended by members and visitors alike.

We also occasionally celebrate with a dinner or luncheon at a venue somewhere on the Island.

In the past we have also made visits to places off-Island.

At up to three times during the year we publish a newsletter containing details of past visits and talks, together with other articles of interest to members as well as information on future events.

An events guide is published with the Spring Newsletter.
